学生時代にロンドンへ１か月の短期留学をし、「世界は日本だけではないんだ」を体現。その後、イギリスコベントリーの大学を卒業。

ロンドンのボストンキャリアフォーラムで出会った（株）パソナに新卒で営業担当として勤務するものの、「海外で仕事したい！」が頭の中から離れられず、日本国内で英語の使える仕事や資格などを模索。入社３年目に香港人の友人を訪ねて香港へ行った際に、イギリスの統治下であり、高度経済成長継続中の香港に魅了され、1994年より単身で香港へ移住。現地採用で新生銀行（現）へ入行。

2000年より香港の日系人材紹介会社テンプスタッフ香港現地法人（現パーソルグループ）へ現地法人社長として入社。

16年間で延べ1万人の登録者へのキャリアカウンセリング、数千社以上の企業の経営者、人事担当者へのソリューション営業に携わる。

その後、香港、中国内に４ヵ所事務所設立。米系人材会社（ケリーサービス）とのJ/V会社立ち上げ、日本本社経営統合による現地事務所2社の統合などに携わる。

2017年に、アメリカ人の夫と子供３人と共にアメリカ南カリフォルニアへ移住。2020年5月にクロスボーダーコネクト社を設立し、海外転職・グローバルにキャリアアップをしたい方のためのキャリアコーチングを開始。クライアントは日本、アメリカだけではなく、アジア、ヨーロッパと世界各国から相談を受けている。

茨城県出身。典型的なGoing My WayのB型。興味を持つことにはまっしぐら。悩むととことん落ち、自分の中で納得すればすっかり忘れてしまう。

趣味は、毎朝欠かさないウエイトトレーニングやヨガと食べる事。子供達の学校やアクティビティーにも積極的に参加。現在PTA会長。

When I was a student, I went to England for a short-term study abroad program which helped frame my view that “the world is not limited to Japan.”

I started my career in a fast-growing Temporary staffing company as a Sales Executive in Tokyo. Despite enjoying this career path, it was very Japan focused and every day, I would dream about my passion to work and live abroad.

After 3 years, I visited my friends who I met in England and were living in HK. I was fascinated by Hong Kong’s international community and moved to there in 1994. Over the next 22 years, I gained significant international experience in banking as a sales assistant, with a startup industrial manufacturer and eventually in Recruitment.

Recruitment became my career as I love people and had the chance to help thousands of job seekers and build relationships with companies looking for these talented candidates. I eventually became President of the Hong Kong and South China operations and grew my staff from 5 to 150 people. Additionally, I helped set up 4 branches in Hong Kong and China and integrated with an American company and managed through 2 acquisitions during my tenure.

My family and I moved to Southern California, USA in 2017. I set up CBC as a bridge for those who want to find employment overseas to pursue a career globally.
